How the final merit is made
SBI adds only two things. The main exam (objective plus descriptive, 230 marks) is scaled to 75, and the group exercise and interview (50 marks) is scaled to 25. The psychometric test gives no marks. Its report goes to the interview panel. You must clear Phase-II and Phase-III separately to make the final list.
